  • Realty/Broker MUST go through a Product Knowledge Seminar in order to become an accredited Realty/Broker.
  • Accredited Realty/Broker must follow M. Montesclaros Development Corporation (MMDC)’s Company selling Rules and Policies.
  • Accredited Realty/Broker should actively participate in all of the activities planned by the Sales & Marketing Team of M. Montesclaros Development Corporation (MMDC)
  • Accreditation will be done online or by email. Forms and requirements to be sent to our website, www.mmdc.ph or thru our email at sales@mmdc.ph.

   2x2 Photo

   Photocopy of PRC License

   HLURB Broker’s Registration Certificate

   Photocopy of the Realty’s Official Receipt

   Business Permit

   BIR Form 2303, w/ photocopy of Official Receipt

   List of all current Brokers, Sales Managers, and Agents
